To celebrate the launch of The Secret Stealers I’m hosting a WWII-themed panel with two fabulous authors, Lynda Loigman, bestselling author of The Wartime Sisters and Pam Jenoff, bestselling author of The Lost Girls of Paris. Our fantastic moderator is Andrea Katz, of the Great Thoughts Great Readers blog and FB group.

In this webinar, I present an in-depth look at the experiences of some of the real Red Cross Clubmobile Girls in Europe in December 1944. I talk about the events before, during and after Christmas 1944, including Glen Miller’s secret concerts and heartbreaking disappearance. Finally, I also share the more details about the Battle of the Bulge, including more details about the incredible true story of the Christmas Eve dinner between German and American soldiers in a Belgian family’s cabin in the woods.
I had the pleasure of joining this all-star historical fiction panel featuring bestselling authors Joy Jordan-Lake, Under a Gilded Moon; Fiona Davis, The Lions of Fifth Avenue; Ariel Lawhon, Code Name Hélène; and Lauren Willig, Band of Sisters. We discussed the history that isn’t taught to us in school–the forgotten people and events that inspire their hit novels.
